The noise from adjacent nightlife was unbearable for any front-facing rooms. Check-in took a frustratingly long time, and the interconnecting door required a lengthy wait for assistance. Television issues persisted, with poorly handled repairs. Valet service was confusing and offered little help, leaving one to fend for themselves in a busy street environment.

Chur, the location was sweet as for getting around Perth, but the fridge was cold as ice when we needed it to keep our food fresh. Needed more help with that, bro.

Positive, The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk to the shopping district. The standard room was spacious and modern, and I really appreciated the choice of pillows on the bed. The staff were polite and helpful, especially during breakfast. Definitely a comfy place to crash after exploring! 😄
